Brandi passante became an overnight sensation after her role in A&E's Reality Show 'StorageWars. The show also featured Jarrod Schulz, who was Passante's partner of many years and now husband. In the show, they auction off contents of lockers whose rent isn't paid for in three months. Brandi and Jarrod of the Now and Then Thrift Store in Orange California were part of this show hoping to get affordable storage units. But they had no clue of the potential to make them celebrities in the real world! Through the show they proved to be very tactful bidders, and were subsequently the stars of the reality show. It was their triumph on reality TV that helped boost business. Along with operating their shop, they opened a second one. They also appeared as the protagonists of a spin-off television show called 'Brandi & Jarrod: Married to the job.'
